Bendalong Beach on the South Coast is an exposed beach break that has fairly consistent surf, although summer tends to be mostly flat. Offshore winds are from the west. Windswells and groundswells in equal measure and the optimum swell angle is from the southeast. The beach breaks offer lefts and rights. Surfable at all stages of the tide. It's often crowded here. Watch out for rips, rocks, sharks and rocks.
